SHIPPING POLICY
All orders come with free delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Once you place your order on the website, the estimated delivery time reflects the number of business days it will take to receive your items. Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and US holidays. The estimated timeframe includes both processing and transit time for your order. For orders shipped to certain extended delivery zip codes, delivery may occur outside the estimated timeframe. During holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by an additional 3-5 business days. In cases of high order volume, delays of up to 7-14 business days may occur.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jesusthebrand.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging an item that is not defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
